Unwind Body Works classes are taught using 2 large and 2 small blocks to multi-task by targeting multiple muscle groups in each position. Not ready to go all-in? This half set will get you started. Simply repeat each position on the opposite side of your body.

The large block covers the most surface area and is typically used on the large muscle groups, or for more diffuse pressure.

The mini brick is a smaller size to get into nooks and crannies or for more intense pressure. 

Materials: hypoallergenic high-density polyurethane (HDPE) is latex rubber free made Illinois, USA by a family-owned small business.

Large foam brick size: 7.5” L x 4.5” W x 3.5” H (19.1 x 11.4 x 8.9 cm)
Mini foam brick size: 6.5 x 3 x 3" (16.5 x 7.6 x 7.6 cm)

Care instructions: wipe down with a non-toxic cleaner (ideally chemical-free, skin-safe products), warm soapy water, or a good mat spray. Air dry.

Not suitable for high heat environments - avoid the temptation to use the dishwasher or the dryer.
